This sounds great, so what is an EV SSL certificate?

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is the strongest encryption standard for the Internet. It safeguards the transmission of confidential data by encrypting the information you send to our server. Any information that you upload during a session in the member's area is securely encrypted and cannot be intercepted on its passage through the internet. EV SSL certificates deliver a new level of security for your online experience because they are only issued to a company after they have passed the most rigorous validation processes developed by the CA/Browser Forum. If a site has an EV certificate installed, then the address bar at the top of the IE browser will turn green during an https session - meaning you know immediately that you are getting the highest level of security possible.
